HANOVER, Maryland – Anchoring solutions specialist VETUS Maxwell has been awarded Independent Boat Builder’s Inc (IBBI) Certified Supplier status for its range of windlass and other innovative anchoring solutions.
The Certified Supplier status is expected to grow beyond windlass products to other categories, including VETUS’ industry-leading bow thruster technology.

The patented VETUS Bow Pro series of thrusters offer connectivity with Mercury and Yamaha outboard control systems and other marine engine markets. It is a unique, fully proportional-controlled thruster, equipped with brushless induction motors, making it maintenance-free.
The IBBI-certified supplier award makes VETUS Maxwell’s product knowledge and industry experience available to the production platforms of IBBI organizations.
